The below video shows how to install your IMSI software:
If FloorPlan is repeatedly asking you to activate and does not start-up, you should be able resolve the issue with the following steps:
- Go to the program icon on your desktop and right-click on it.
- From the popup menu, click on ‘Run as Administrator’.
- When prompted, click to accept changes.
- You will then activate again.
Once the above steps have been completed, you should be able to run the program.

You can also email [email protected] with your product name, version, and any other information that might help our support staff diagnose the problem, and we will respond during business hours.
Maintenance & Support
Our Maintenance & Support plans are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be extended annually. These plans provide access to Technical Support and Software and Maintenance Updates (Patches). We highly recommend extending the maintenance plan to ensure continuous access to the latest updates and support. Maintenance & Support Renewal is available for versions up to 5 years old.
Why Aren't Older Versions Supported?
Older software versions often have outdated system requirements, making it challenging for our technical support team to replicate the working environment. In most cases, issues are resolved by upgrading to the latest version. If you own a product that is several years old, we strongly encourage you to upgrade. To request an upgrade quote, please contact our sales team.
