Expanded export settings now allow users to save output files directly to SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, or NetDocuments (ndOffice). Convert Office files to PDF and export them to these platforms without leaving Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Enhanced integration with Alfresco further simplifies PDF management and collaboration.

Integration with Citrix ShareFile

Users can now open PDFs stored in ShareFile directly via the File > Open menu and save edited files back to ShareFile using the File > Save As option.

PDF Index Creation and Searching

Create full-text indexes for individual PDFs or entire catalogs to accelerate searches. Advanced Search now supports filtering by document properties such as author or date, with results sortable by filename, location, or modification date.
